
battle.net nemám mobil
Čaute všichni měl jsem na svém mobilu battle.net authenticator ale mobil se mi pokazil tudíž nemám authenticator když se chci přihlásit do diabla chce to po mě ochraný kod jenže když nemám authenticator nemám ani kod nevíte někdo jak se to dá smazat z toho učtu abych tam ten kod nemusel dávat? děkuji
- Mel jsem samy problém s WOW
- Kontaktoval jsem SERVICE CLIENT kde jsem zazádal o odstranení authenticator, v mém prípade, me pozádali o prilození občanského prukazu, k overení totoznosti.
- Vse bylo vyreseno do 30min.
