Virtualny stroj vo win 8.1

Zdravim,
Aky program pouzit na vytvorenie virtualnej masiny v operacnom systeme win 8.1 ? Nie vsetko tu funguje a je tu problem s kompatibilitou, co ma velmi netesi.
