Download and install that.

You close down minecraft.
Go to your folder: C:\Users\Sean\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Cut the folder and place it on to wherever you like.
Right click the folder in its new location and select "Pick Link Source"
Go back to the C:\Users\Sean\AppData\Roaming\ folder and right click and choose drop as symbolic link.
