Enabling Windows Secondary Logon Service

Press Windows Key + R.
Type services.msc into the run window.
Click OK.
In the Name column, locate and right-click Secondary Logon.
Select Properties.
Under the Startup Type dropdown menu, select Automatic.
Click OK.
