Yeah its the Automatic updates by default it is set to 3.00 am, i had the same problem. Just configure it so that you chose when it downloads and intalls the updates.

Going to Control Panel --> auto updates (I ran a search) and selecting an option that was not auto updates at 3 AM has totally solved this problem for me
