Jde ti teda o sdílení adresáře?

In outlook, right click on the contact list and select Properties
Go to the permissions tab
Select Default and change to Reviewer
Select Anonymous and change to Reviewer

Other users should be able to go to file -- open -- other users folder and select his contact list.

Alternatively, make a public folder and put the contacts in there. That makes it visible without file--open etc.
