Eddie (Lorrain), it's noted you purchased your fake clone from toxxado comxxnents. Their reputation is lower than a snake's belly around here. I suggest you return the item for a full refund. The quality issues with fake clones are terrible, I'd say only 1 in ten can actually function correctly.

How does one ensure that one has not purchased from a Fake supplier. I believe that I got a genuine fly touch 3. But it is only a belief. In some places making fake product is a cottage industry. And in touch and feel the fake imitates the original completely.
