for english speaking: if you have Sis761 chipset and bought new graphic card and you have high CPU usage, problem is wrong routing of IRQs of the PCIe slot (bug in BIOS or chipset). Work around - go to Device manager, find a High definition audio controller of the graphic card - usually is under System devices (check in properties that it has the same PCI bus and device number as the graphic card) and disable the device. You will not have sound through HDMI cable, but can use analog cable jack-jack for audio.
Second possible solution is to mod your BIOS and correct the ACPI IRQ (_PRT) table :)
