Proč padá internet?

Dobrý den, nedávno jsem si pořídila nový NTB Lenovo Z380, při upgradu na Win 8 se instalace sekla, tak jsem ji musela přerušit, naformátovat celý disk a instalovat Win 8 nanovo. Teď se děje to, že cca po hodině mi začne padat internet, přitom router i modem jsou OK, připojit se stále můžu na mobilu. V čem by mohl být problém? děkuji mnohokrát
