MS má soudně zakázán prodej Wordu...
Zní to jako novinářská kachna, nicméně: http://www.reuters.com/article/marketsNews/idINBNG 53920620090812?rpc=44
A U.S. federal court ruled that Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) would have to pay more than $290 million in damages to Canadian software firm i4i Ltd for infringing a patent.
Toronto-based i4i, a privately held maker of software for manipulating documents, had claimed in a 2007 suit that Microsoft knowingly infringed one of its patents in its Word processing application and its Vista operating system.
A teraz zbera plody;o).
That would definitely be a major shift if it ever happened, and it would raise a lot of questions for businesses and everyday users. I think it's always helpful to verify legal information through reliable public resources, and I recently found https://trumbullcountycourt.org useful for understanding how court information is organized. Having access to official case-related resources makes it easier to separate facts from speculation. It'll be interesting to see how this situation develops over time.
Great point—if this decision moves forward, it could have a major impact on how Microsoft bundles and distributes its software in the future. It will be interesting to see how regulators and the company respond over time. While reading about legal matters recently, I also came across https://buttecountycourt.org which provides useful information on court-related processes. Looking forward to seeing how this situation develops.
I’m curious to see how this situation develops, especially if it sets a precedent for other major software companies. It’s always interesting to watch how legal decisions shape the tech industry. I came across some useful information while reading about https://hallcountycourt.org which helped me better understand how court processes are documented. Thanks for sharing this update—it definitely sparked an interesting discussion.
