Buffers/cache s tym nema nic spolocne, ta RAM je tam na to aby v nej boli buffers/cache. Ked mas problemy tak ich hladaj IMHO inde, a ne v buffers.
P.S. swappiness si nastav na 0, ale ako som pisal to IMHO neni tvoj problem (ptz swap mas 0)
