- Use recovery mode methode :

Turn off the phone
Press & hold volume up + home button simultaneously, then power on the phone
Release volume up + home button if recovery menu appear
Scroll down to factory data reset menu, use volume down to navigate and home button to confirm.
Phone will automatically restart and now the phone is on factory state
