Mas pravdu odpoved primo od MSI:

Regarding your concern,this MB can support Intel Xeon E3-1231V3 since bios version E7821IMS.170, but the current bios version of your MB is E7821IMS.160. So you need to install a lower level processor to boot up the MB and then downlaod the latest bios from the link bellow and flash it by M-Flash Function under BIOS. Only after the bios flashing sucessfully, you can install the E3-1231V3 to use. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience caused you.
