Zkus tohle:

1. Open admin command prompt. (This is how: you can go to search charm, type "cmd" then right click on the Command Prompt and select Run as administrator)
2. Type following command and press enter:
DISM /online /get-packages /format:table | findstr KB2919355
3. You will notice package name similar to this, the amd64 could be different based on OS architecture:
Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3. 1.14
4. If you see no output for step# 3 then jump to step# 6, otherwise run following command:
DISM /online /remove-package /packagename:<Name of the package you got from step# 3>
the exact command will look like as below:
DISM /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e3 5~amd64~~6.3.1.14
5. Restart your computer.
6. Run following command:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
7. Run following command:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
8. Now install KB2919355 and restart after install
