you have to make sure that your kingston is already plugged to a good working usb port ... then run the program and only press START

in the first time it doesn't work for me ... so i go to SETUP and then MISC and then Mp options ... i changed it into only ERASE ... then go back and press START

this time the program will erase all the memory

then i went back and changed the MP options to ERASE + MP ... and press start again ... wait few moments ... this time .. it has been done

only restart your pc and have a nice AS NEW DEVICE :) :)
