Jakou doménu - prosím o radu

Ehm, predpokladam tam bude dost vazny problem s autorskym zakonom (nie u nazvu domeny ale u obsahu...) Nemozes si na stranky dat cudzie video, aj ked ho autor zverejnil na youtube, nevyplyva z toho nikomu pravo zverejnit ho niekde inde.

P.S. pozeram ze to tam teraz je linkovane na youtube, ak to youtube vyslovene dovoluje tak je to ok...
este P.S.2. to ze je nieco na youtube este neznamena ze je to legalne. Ani zaznam z TV myslim nie je dovolene dalej sirit (nemas copyright )

Ja myslim, ze je to uplně ok, Youtube to dovoluje, je tam na to přímo link. A dokonce bych tvrdi, ze za nelegni obah ve videu bude vice zodpovedne youtube, neb oni tam maj napsano "dovolujeme sirit" a oni by si meli osefovat nelegalni obsah. ( i když by bylo nejlepší, kdyby si ošéfovali spíš duplicitní obsah - některá vida jsou tam moooc moc mockrát)

Tak ale on uz tu samotnu domenu chce zamerat nelegalne t.j. vlastne on chce vyhladavat na youtube nelegalny obsah a davat nan linky na svoju stranku videoklipy_z_TV.cz proste nemozu byt legalne ak k sireniu na tej stranke nedal suhlas drzitel copyrightu ku klipu.
P.S. ja viem ze su toho na inete tony, a asi proti tomu ani moc OSA a spol nebojuje, ale to neznamena ze je to uplne ok...
len som na to upozornil, nech robi co chce mne je to jedno :)

sakra chlapi já nevím, já se klidně zeptám někde na nějakej instituci, nechci mít nějaký průser :)
