I’m unsure what the issue you are experiencing is here. We can only provide customer service in English. So if you can communicate in English this would be a lot easier.

I believe the issue you are reporting is that you keep uninstalling Dolby Access from your PC and it automatically installs again? If so this is because Dolby Atmos comes bundled with the Fall creators update in Windows. This means it is now bundled with the Windows package. If you install any updates etc this will cause the app to install again.
