Net. Framewok - chyba instalace, odinstalace, opravy...

Zdravím, mam trochu vážnější problém a to jak napovídá název. Dříve mě všechno fungovalo jak mělo ( GTA , Rockstar Social Club ) ale nyní ne. Problém je v .Net Frameworku (z ničeho nic přestal fungovat ) zkoušel jsem nedříve odinstalaci produktu jenže přes Přidat nebo odebrat programy to nešlo odinstalovat ( spouští se jen instalace a instaluje se to znova ) takže to nemůžu ani odinstalovat. Při instalaci mě microsoft nabídne ukázku logu a ten je ->

Omlouvám se za takovej dlouhej text.
Dále mam nainstalovanej Net Framework 3.5 Language pack CSY ( Ten taky nejde odinstalovat při instalaci mě nic nenabídne a začne instalovat ) A zase se to nenainstaluje a napíše mi to jen "chyba instalace".
