I believe "SLI-Ready Memory: Not detected." is talking about your RAM, not your Graphics set-up.
If your nvidia control panel says SLI is enabled, then you should be set.
You can test your SLI by running a game with SLI enabled, and look at the frames-per-second, then compare with SLI disabled. It there is a marginal difference,its definately working...
