Hledám angličtináře, který poradí :-)

Zdravím,
vím, že to sem nepatří, ale snad mi poradíte. Ve škole jsme dostali úkol na napsání formálního dopisu v angličtině. Mělo to být o reklamaci zboží. Potřeboval bych opravit můj text, prosím

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about an Amazon Kindle 3G eBook reader that I bought from Amazon.com on 18th April 2011. It arrived on 27th April.

When I received the pack, I unpacked my new eBook and I tried it switch on. It does not work. I cannot read my favourite books in electronic form.

I am returning the Amazon Kindle 3G to you. I am enclosing the receipt with this letter. I would be grateful if you could repair my eBook reader as soon as possible. If this is not possible, could you please send me a new eBook reader.
