Nový QIP Infium 9026

Changes:
- added login id receiving and protocols dll updating system;
- avatars, plugin buttons, client names will be updated according current selected sub contact in meta-tab;
- double click on sub contact in the contact list will open meta-tab with this subcontact active;
- when opening meta-tab, unique setting about separate message window will be checked;
- mra: disabled sms blocking if sms received from phone contact in server side list;
- icq: added SSL encryption support of traffic; Konečně!!!!
- icq, mra, jabber, phone: fixes of found bugs;
