1) Go to ati tray tools, and under tools and options, click on OSD.

2) The Omega Drivers use a special ATI Tray Tools version with the following features:
> Temperature monitoring.
> Unique OSD system. Displays FPS, GPU/Memory speed and temperatures, FAN speed.
> Monitoring Graphs. (GPU/Env temperature. GPU/Mem speed, Main CPU Usage).
