skus pouzit widows vista driver pre asus dosku. stiahnut ho mozes tu: vista-sound-drivers(hladaj SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio) a je tam aj popis instalacie. podla vsetkeho by sa mal dat stiahnut aj cez windows update, toto som nasiel na msdn blogu:

In both 5270 and 5308, the drivers for my own SoundMax device hasn't been available from the Vista DVD. But it is available from Windows Update. Meaning you go to Device Manager, in the properties of the "unknown audio device" select "Update driver...", and then allow it to go online and search for updated software. In both the x86 and x64 versions of Vista, this has been able to successfully find and install SoundMax drivers for my ASUS motherboard's on-board audio.
