solution for code 1601 error...

### first go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\
### then find " msiexec.exe " file is available in system 32 directry.
###if there is no file called "msiexec.exe" then copy that file from other computer.
###then paste that file in to the system32 folder in your computer.
### then go to "control pannel" and go to "administrative tool" and then go to "services".
### then double click on "Windows Installer".

### then select startup type to "manual" and click start button.

after finish that process select startup type to "automatic" and click start and after that apply and ok.
