fajn:
click start,click run,type in cmd and click ok,
then type
assoc .fileext=
and press enter
this will return the association to none.
(where .fileext is the extension of the file type you want changed to none)
example;
assoc .xlt=
press enter, now .xlt is associated with nothing.
