You need to install the package libstdc++5 , using the Mandriva software installer. If you can't find the package, then run the 'software media manager' (the tool that lets you configure where the software installation tool finds the packages it installs), click the 'Add' button, and tell it you want to add distribution media. Let it complete the process, then you should be able to find the libstdc++5 package.
