No a co jsem po něm chtěl?

Got it working in the end, had to disable UEFI and put the SATA controller into compatible mode. After that the CD drive showed up in the boot menu. Would be nice if I could keep UEFI active but when I do it just boots straight to Win8 with no grub loader but that's a small annoyance.
