Pro reset je tento postup (zřejmě jsi to zkoušel):

Hold the answer and hangup buttons down for 5 seconds {press red and green and hold} the parrot kit will then tell you it is erasing memory then it will say ready for pairing,
Turn on your bluetooth on your phone do a search find and select parrot.
Enter default code 1234 when prompted as a pin.
