If you want to open the app with GUI on the remote computer, based on my research, the best way seems using psexec.
Cause When you remote in, you're not starting an interactive desktop session, which is why removing is so low-overhead. For security reasons, a user can only see applications that are opened within their own interactive session. Remember, under the hood, every Windows machine thinks it's a Terminal Server, you wouldn't want users opening apps that other users could see! Windows assumes that multiple users will be using the machine, and it isolates them for a number of obvious (and good) reasons.
